Henrique has a wide experience in the tax area for over 15 years working for national and international companies, having worked in domestic and international projects, in addition to multinational companies such as BASF and SHELL. He holds a degree in Law from PUC-Rio and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of California, Berkeley Law, USA in International Taxation (High Honors). He is used to complex tax demands related to international business and single persons taxation, implementation and analysis of international tax treaties and fiscal residency, digital and fintech taxation, crypto taxation and offshore structures
