Digital Wealth With Legal Discipline
Our Firm
We believe digital wealth becomes durable wealth only when it is properly organised, legally defensible and operational within institutional frameworks. MMLaw is a cross-border legal practice focused on the architecture of digital and complex wealth. We advise family offices, companies, High Net-worth and Ultra High Net-worth Individuals on transforming decentralised assets into legally coherent, institution-ready structures capable of operating across jurisdictions. Our approach integrates legal strategy, governance architecture and structured forensic analysis to support bankability, regulatory clarity and long-term continuity.
The Team
Our team is intentionally small and partner-led, ensuring confidentiality, discretion and direct access to senior legal expertise at every stage of an engagement. Clients work directly with experienced EU-qualified lawyers, supported where appropriate by an in-house multidisciplinary technical team operating within controlled professional protocols. This structure allows us to address sensitive matters, including digital assets, bankability, cross-border structuring, international tax and succession, with sound judgment, institutional rigour and a high degree of privacy and security.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
We help people and families organise and protect their wealth, including crypto and traditional assets. Our work covers tax planning, company structures, family and investment governance, security and legal protection, making crypto usable with banks, and planning for the future. We do this with the support of our own in-house technical team and secure tools, so sensitive information is kept private and not shared unnecessarily.
