Our work includes securing the release of multi-million-euro balances from a Tier-1 exchange through on-chain SoF/SoW certifications, structuring token-backed lending programmes with segregated custody and automated margining, and building pan-EU holding and treasury platforms for family offices with significant crypto and real-estate assets. We advise on MiCA token classification and distribution, guide payments platforms through EMI authorisation and PSD2/PSD3 compliance, and support fintechs on programme management and cross-border distribution. Our practice also extends to renewable energy, where we structure PPAs and joint ventures and coordinate permitting and project finance with local counsel.
